We chose to highlight gambas (shrimp) two ways for our menu. We paired the nice cold, crisp lager, Estrella Damm, with the light-yet-greasy “bar food” recipe of gamberi con pancetta, and we showcased our cacciucco. The complexity in flavor and heat in the cacciucco settles nicely with a cold beer. Available: Dinner
