Inspired by Estrella Damm beer, each menu includes 2 courses, starring the Mediterranean ingredients gambas and/or tomatoes, paired with 2 Estrella Damm beers—brewed in Barcelona with Mediterranean ingredients since 1876.
The menus showcase the chefs’ creativity and versatility. No two menus are alike. Each menu is as unique as its chef. Available from October 1–31, restaurants will set menu prices at $29, $39, or $49.

As a Spanish chef, my intention is to represent my country’s cuisine with a Mediterranean accent; however, after years of learning from and cooking with chefs from other countries, I have created a cuisine that’s creative, fun, and that surprises clients with a fusion of flavors and textures.
