La Vendetta Restaurant began as the Rainbo Lounge in 1933. House historians say it was one of the first places in the nation to get a post-Prohibition liquor license. They also say it was a favorite hangout of Al tCapone’s. Its atmosphere may have circled to family-friendly in 2011 when it turned into La Vendetta, but the site’s rich history—and long list of spirits—remains. Today, patrons enjoy our homestyle Italian and Romanian cuisine with heaping portions of pasta, steak, seafood, and stew. A large wine list complements seafood and pastas, blackened pork chops, sautéed chicken livers, and more, all of which may be enjoyed in the classic dining room. Available: Lunch & Dinner
