Inspired by Estrella Damm beer, each menu includes 2 courses, starring the Mediterranean ingredients gambas and/or tomatoes, paired with 2 Estrella Damm beers—brewed in Barcelona with Mediterranean ingredients since 1876.
The menus showcase the chefs’ creativity and versatility. No two menus are alike. Each menu is as unique as its chef. Available from October 1–31, restaurants will set menu prices at $29, $39, or $49.

Chef Cristian Alvarez’s approach to this menu was to connect two regions of Argentina using wild Patagonian pink shrimp from the south & the traditional dish, Humita en Chala, from the north, both of which complement a great Estrella beer. Available: Dinner

This main dish is inspired by a traditional Vietnamese dish called Cua Rang Me; instead of crab, we use wild-caught, deep-water white shrimp from the Florida coast, which complements the sweet and sour notes of the tamarind sauce allowing the shrimp to be the star of the dish. Available: Dinner
