Inspired by Estrella Damm beer, each menu includes 2 courses, starring the Mediterranean ingredients gambas and/or tomatoes, paired with 2 Estrella Damm beers—brewed in Barcelona with Mediterranean ingredients since 1876.
The menus showcase the chefs’ creativity and versatility. No two menus are alike. Each menu is as unique as its chef. Available from October 1–31, restaurants will set menu prices at $29, $39, or $49.

Clams are very flavorful, so it doesn’t take much to make a good dish out if them. For the appetizer, I wanted to make clams but to keep the dish light with a spark of garlic to go with the beer. Available: Dinner
I prefer to use mainly local ingredients with the addition of few imported from Italy in order to obtain the perfect combination of a true Italian recipe with a touch of the Caribbean. Available: Dinner
