Chef’s Choice features original prix fixe menus created by Miami and Broward’s most innovative chefs. Inspired by Estrella Damm beer, each menu includes 2 courses, starring the Mediterranean ingredients gambas and/or tomatoes, paired with 2 Estrella Damm beers—brewed in Barcelona with Mediterranean ingredients since 1876.
The menus showcase the chefs’ creativity and versatility. No two menus are alike. Each menu is as unique as its chef. Available from October 1–31, restaurants will set menu prices at $29, $39, or $49.

A vibrant celebration of the sun and the sea, Daniel Boulud’s newest restaurant draws inspiration from the coastal Mediterranean, including France’s Côte d’Azur, Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel, and Turkey.
Clams are very flavorful, so it doesn’t take much to make a good dish out if them. For the appetizer, I wanted to make clams but to keep the dish light with a spark of garlic to go with the beer.
Chef Cristian Alvarez’s approach to this menu was to connect two regions of Argentina using wild Patagonian pink shrimp from the south & the traditional dish, Humita en Chala, from the north, both of which complement a great Estrella beer.
