Our 3-course meal is based on the Mediterranean diet, which pairs well with garbanzo beans.  Our appetizer and entrée are inspired by Spanish cuisine. Our final course is a traditional Spanish dessert.

CHAMPIÑONES AL AJILLO

Mushrooms sautéed with garlic and cayenne pepper.

ENTRÉE

GARBANZOS CON CHORIZO

Garbanzo beans fried with red peppers and cooked in white wine and olive oil.

DESSERT

CREMA CATALANA

This traditional custard is made with eggs, milk, and cinnamon.  It is cooked in the oven and then placed in the refrigerator to cool. Served topped with burnt sugar.
