Garbanzos are a healthy protein source. Since one third of our menu is vegan, we use garbanzos often. For our Chef's Choice pie we wanted to offer something unique, so we created a spicy (but refreshing) hummus pie for the adventurous palate.
Garbanzos, pasta, escarole, red onion, fresh basil, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and oven-crisped Berkshire guanciale
Post oven housemade hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, diced jalapeño peppers, and olive oil
Ricotta cannoli cream, Mike’s Hot Honey, and cannoli shell chips
