We created a menu rooted in Italian cuisine. We start with “Mozzarella in Carrozza,” a rustic, Tuscan, fried mozzarella sandwich. Our entrée, Orecchiette alla Salsiccia, is a shell pasta served with sweet Italian sausage and garbanzo beans. We finish with a Sicilian staple, the cannoli.
