Commonly found in Spanish cuisine, garbanzo beans are used in a variety of dishes. I wanted to create a menu with dishes that remind me of some of my favorite meals I enjoyed while traveling through Spain.
Cumin-marinated pork served with mojo verde and Greek yogurt
Bomba rice, sofrito rojo, short ribs, chickpeas, and piquillo peppers
Toffee paired with green apples, Greek yogurt, and strawberries
