Chef’s Choice is an annual, month-long dining event at select Miami restaurants, which takes place throughout the month of October. For the event, chefs create two-course, prix fixe menus inspired by Estrella Damm beer. Every year, chefs are given two main ingredients to spark their culinary creativity; this year’s menus feature short rib and eggplant.
The menus are priced at $26, $36 and $46; each one includes one appetizer, one main dish, and one Estrella Damm beer.
