As soon as we heard about garbanzos were the featured ingredient this year, we were immediately transported to Spain. We decided to combine the traditional flavors of seafood with chorizo, garbanzos, a hint of mint and crispy kale and bring to our customers a culinary experience infused with our Peruvian Culture.
